Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Montra ERP (the "Service"), provided by Montra ("we") at erp.montralift.com and through the mobile app. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms on behalf of your company.
The Service
The Service is a subscription cloud product for running maintenance work: requests, work orders, preventive visits, technicians, inventory, contracts and reports. We may improve the Service and add or change features while keeping its core purpose.
Accounts and users
You agree to give accurate information when signing up and to keep passwords confidential. The company's account administrator is responsible for the users they add, their permissions, and everything done through the company account.
Trial, subscription and payment
Every company starts with a free trial, after which a paid monthly or yearly subscription is required for the chosen plan at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions are paid in advance and amounts paid for a period that has started are not refunded unless a written agreement says otherwise. If a paid period ends without renewal, the account gets a seven-day grace period and then becomes read-only until renewed.
Your data
Your company's data (customers, sites, equipment, jobs, photos and reports) belongs to your company. We use it only to provide, support and improve the Service and never sell it. You can ask for a copy of your data in a readable format at any time during the subscription and for thirty days after it ends.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, upload content that infringes others' rights, try to access other companies' data, disrupt the Service, or resell it without a written agreement with us. You agree to inform technicians and staff that the app records their location while working, according to your company's settings.
Availability and backups
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure and take daily backups. The Service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control; we will announce planned maintenance in advance when possible.
Suspension and termination
You can end your subscription at any time; the account stays available until the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or remains unpaid after the grace period. Ninety days after a subscription ends we may permanently delete the account's data.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or technical decisions made on the basis of data entered into the Service. In any case our liability is limited to the total your company paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify account administrators of material changes before they take effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt unless agreed otherwise in writing.
