Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Montra ERP (the website and the mobile app) collects and how we use and protect it. The subscribing maintenance company is responsible for its staff's and customers' data; we process it on the company's behalf to provide the Service.
Data we collect
Company and user details (name, phone, email, role, branch); work data your company enters (customers, sites, equipment, requests, parts and reports); uploaded photos and signatures; an activity log for auditing; and technical data such as device type and notification token.
Location
The app records a technician's location only during a shift or while working a job, depending on the company setting, never after the shift ends, and never for management accounts. Location is used to assign jobs to the nearest technician, show them on the dispatch map and confirm attendance on site. Location history is deleted automatically after the period the company chooses.
Camera and photos
The app uses the camera to photograph work before and after, and to scan equipment QR codes, only when the technician asks for it.
How we use data
To run the Service, send notifications, produce reports, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the product. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers working for us, to the extent needed: hosting, payment gateways, e-mail and push notification services, and AI providers if your company turns that feature on. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), each company's data is isolated from others at the database level, passwords are stored hashed so they cannot be recovered, sensitive keys are encrypted, and we keep daily backups.
Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as the subscription is active. After it ends you can request a copy within thirty days, and data may be permanently deleted after ninety days. Users can ask for their data to be corrected or deleted through their company's account administrator or by contacting us.
Changes
We may update this policy; the new date will appear at the top of this page and account administrators will be told about material changes.
